For upgrade using the web-based configuration you can use the following procedure:

For upgrade using CLI-based configuration you need to follow the procedure described in the link below:

In this case you have two pre-configuration tasks:

Start the device and log in to the device locally or remotely.
Save the system startup files to the root directory of the device.

Hello,

If you can tell us your device type using the command 'display version' we can know which is your current firmware and how to upgrade more including download link and patches.

Currently the recommended version for S5720 series is V200R011C10SPC600. You can refer to the link below to select on the exact model of the switch to do the firmware upgrade. Please also install the latest patch V200R011SPH013.
