The message indicates that the SIM status is 'N/A'. Please try to run the sim switch to command to manually switch the SIM card. And insert SIM1 into socket 2 and SIM 2 into socket 1 to check whether the SIM card or socket is damaged.
Kindly also check whether the APN template is associated with SIM card 2 and whether the APN template associated with SIM card 1 and SIM card 2 are bound to the cellular interface.
