Please help - Regarding b2338-168 ((b2338-168 v100r001c00)), the LTE network cannot be found, indicating that the SIM card is not activated.

Why does the web page management interface of the b2338-168 device display that the SIM is not activated? When I replace three Sims, the result is the same, and the LTE signal light is always in the search state?



 

Currently, APN has been set according to the guide, and the time zone is set to China.

Hi,
The message indicates that the SIM status is  'N/A'. Please try to run the sim switch to command to manually switch the SIM card. And insert SIM1 into socket 2 and SIM 2 into socket 1 to check whether the SIM card or socket is damaged.

Kindly also check whether the APN template is associated with SIM card 2 and whether the APN template associated with SIM card 1 and SIM card 2 are bound to the cellular interface.
