I can't find a firmware that isn't restricted by the carrier.

Could someone please send me one?

Note that you need permission to download the firmware. You can upgrade your account to an equipment account. The account upgrade needs to be approved by authorized personnel. For any questions about account upgrade, email to supportmaster@huawei.com.  you can also call the local hotline for help.
