After physically connecting Smartlogger and the inverters, the next step is to upload the SN list which contains all the serial numbers of the inveters connected into Smartlogger.

Some customers encountered the issue at this step. After the list is imported and Auto Assign Address is performed, Smartlogger is unable to detect the inverters.

Solution
Before inserting the SN list, please make sure that the Anti-crosstalk is set on Disabled. Once you insert the SN list, the anti-crosstalk option will change by itself to Enabled.
