Hi @sachandio!

The central coordinator (CCO) and terminal node (STA) are device communication modules (DCMs) that provide PLC-IoT network functions. The CCO supports hot-swap and STAs can install applications based on service requirements.

In a communications network, a domain refers to a specific network scenario. In the same domain, devices can access the network for communication. The CCO and core board negotiate the domain of the PLC network. The STA can access only the same PLC network as its own domain. If the domain negotiated by the CCO and core board is different from its own domain, the STA does not initiate a network access request. You can manually configure the domain of the PLC-IoT network based on the STA domain type.

Dear Friend,

- The SmartLogger with a built-in SmartMBUS (PLC CCO) can work with the SUN2000 that integrates an MBUS (PLC) station (STA) to implement MBUS networking over existing power cables.

- If the SmartLogger without a built-in SmartMBUS (PLC CCO) is required to network with the SUN2000 that integrates an MBUS (PLC) STA, connect a SmartMBUS (PLC CCO) to the SmartLogger.

THANKS!
