Symptom:
When live video is played on a video wall through the VGA channel of the DEC6001, the video cannot be displayed and the system displays the message "RESOLUTION NOT MATCHING."
Possible Cause:
The decoder version is too low.
Solution:

Upgrade the decoder to the latest version.
