Symptom
When data is imported to the Phoenix table, the Loader page displays that the import is successful but the Phoenix table does not contain data.
Possible Causes
- When the Loader job is configured, the input file content is empty.
- When the Loader job is configured, the input directory is empty.
- When the Loader job is configured, the conversion step configuration is incorrect.
- Check whether the input file content is empty.
- Check whether the input directory is empty
- Check whether the conversion configuration item is correct.
- It takes about 5 minutes to rectify the fault.
- During the process of configuring Loader job, if file name is entered, check whether the file content entered is empty; if path is entered, check whether the path is invalid.
- If yes, no further action is required.
- If no, go to 2.
- On the Loader Jobs page, select Job ID, click
, and edit the job. - Click Transform and click the conversion step (such as HBaseOutput) twice, as shown in Figure 1.

- Check whether the table name and column name contain lowercase letters on the pop-up configuration page of the conversion step, as shown in Figure 2

- If yes, change all the lowercase letters into the uppercase and restart the job.
- If no, go to 5.
5. The column name in Figure 2-13 is consistent with that in the phoenix table. Check whether these characters are contained in the phoenix table.
- One or some values do not exist in phoenix table which result in the column name value configuration is incorrect. Enter the right one.
- If all the values of column name exist in the phoenix table, contact technical support.
