Dear friend!

The following procedure is recommended:

1. Log in to https://IP address of the O&M plane:31943 as an administrator and choose Network Management > Security > User Management from the NCE main menu.

2. Choose Users from the navigation pane.

3. On the Users page, click Create. If you want to modify the permissions of an existing user, go to step 5.

4. On the page that is displayed, configure basic user information and click OK.

5. Choose Roles from the navigation pane. 

6. On the Roles page, click Create.

7. On the page that is displayed, configure basic role information.

8. Select the users to be attached to the role.

After role authorization is complete, the users you have selected have the permissions included in this role.

9. Click Next and select the managed objects included in this role. Select All Objects.
