After you log in to DeviceManager and do not perform any operation for a certain period of time, the data that should be updated periodically is abnormal.
The browser fails to communicate with the storage device for a certain period of time due to a network fault. In addition, the session has not timed out during the period. Querying data fails before the session is automatically logged out.
Check whether the communication between the maintenance terminal where DeviceManager is located and the storage device is normal.
