This time, I'd like to share with you a simple and useful operation, that is creating a periodic NE data backup task on the U2000. It will end a lot of cumbersome manual operations.
The U2000 provides comprehensive DC functions and can be used to periodically back up NE data.
1. Choose Administration > NE Software Management > NE Backup Policy Management from the main menu (traditional style); alternatively, double-click Fix-Network NE Software Management in Application Center and choose NE Software Management > NE Backup Policy Management from the main menu (application style).
2. In the navigation tree on the left, right-click and choose New Policy from the shortcut menu. The Select NE dialog box is displayed.
3. Select the NE for which you want to create a policy and click Next. The Set Policy dialog box is displayed.
4. Set policy information as required.
5. After the setting is complete, click OK.
