Starting 1st November , Huawei certification written exam platform will switch from Prometric to Pearson VUE. Here is the official FAQ refer to the change. please download it freely .thanks.

Hello, There is no mandatory advanced relationship between all levels(HCIA, HCIP, HCIE) of Huawei certification. Any level can take the exam directly.
