Background
We have designed five questions covering video length, content, and format to improve the user experience for Huawei product documentation videos. We hope to receive professional opinions and feedback from PDAC members, as this will help Huawei product documentation experts improve video production and better meet customer requirements.
Questions
1. Where have you come across Huawei product documentation videos? (Multiple-choice)

B. The Huawei Enterprise Technical Support website
C. The Huawei Documentation Insights YouTube channel

2. Which of the following is your favorite type of video content?
A. Product introduction
B. Product feature

Process
Round 1: Complete the preceding questionnaire.
Send your answers to document@huawei.com. List your answers using the format “question number + answer”. You can also copy the questions above and highlight your answers directly by email.
Round 2: Communicate with Huawei experts.
Huawei product documentation experts will want to get in touch after receiving your feedback. Please look out for their email replies.

Bonus Points
• Those who complete Round 1 will be awarded 80 points.
• We will be selecting five outstanding contributions from those that respond to the follow-up by Huawei product documentation experts in Round 2. Those selected will be awarded 90 points.
• Your points will be referenced when selecting PDAC’s 2019 Contribution Award.

Currently Huawei documentation experts is busy with evaluating your suggestion and communicating with some of you by emails during this time.
