It is a typical calling problem - the first needs to confirm that the LMT client and U2980 version matches. If the version is matching, log in to U2980, check whether the board status and link configuration is normal, use the extension Dial access code and trace the E2E message.
If the message is found to be OK but still can not get through, you need to confirm the license, command a DSP license check and, if the license is invalid, re-request its activation and call the problem resolution. This is just a general troubleshooting method.
