PC Get Wrong IP Pool

PROBLEMS: PC2 get wrong subnet
I create 2 ip pools in SW1
pool20a 20.0.0.0/25
pool20b 20.0.0.128/25
the problem is, PC2 always get 20.0.0.0/25 subnet instead of 20.0.0.128/25
QUESTIONS:
1. what steps I miss
