My desktop computer crashes with a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION error whenever I try to switch on a router, switch or AP.
No errors given by eNSP.
I tried the following:
Allow eNSP to access public and private networks: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Allow eNSP to access only private networks: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Allow eNSP to access only public networks: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
eNSP is blocked from accessing the network: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Start only one device at a time: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

My desktop is using AMD Ryzen 3 1200 CPU and an AMD R7 250 discrete GPU. The operating system is windows 10 running on 8GB of DDR4 RAM.
I still have a few hundred GB of storage left on my HDD.
From what I understand, I'm using the latest version of eNSP, but I'll have to go home and check the exact version.
The eNSP update I'm using is XXXXXXXC100. The virtualbox version I'm using was installed by the eNSP installer, so logically ruled that out as an issue.
[Update a]
My windows version is Windows 10 build 1803
I have uninstalled eNSP V100R003C00SPC100.
I'm using virtualbox 5.1.24 r117012 (Qt5.6.2).
A comment on this post suggested I use an earlier version of eNSP, so I will try eNSP V100R002C00B510.
[Update b]
eNSP V100R002C00B510 gave me the exact same issue as V100R003C00SPC100.
I'm beginning to think my system is incompatible with eNSP.
Will update to Windows 10 build 1903
[Update c]
I allowed eNSP to traverse the firewall as it pleases. Figure 1 and figure 2 are the exact configuration settings I used.

Figure 1. Firewall configuration
I only activated the Loopback adapter and the VirtualBox Host-only adapter.

Figure 2. Network interfaces
At this point I opened eNSP V100R002C00B510, dragged an AR201 onto the topology map and tried to start it. Figure 3 below is the error message I received, which prompted me to register a device.

Figure 3. AR2 failed to start and returned error code 41.
After clicking "Yes", the window shown in figure 4 popped in the center of my screen.

Figure 4. Register dialog box.
I toggled all the tick boxes and deleted the router on the eNSP topology map. After clicking register, dragging an AR201 onto the topology map and attempting to start it, my system crashed and threw an exception: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION.
I am going to try to disable Hyper-V.
[Update d]
After searching for "Windows Features" from the search bar next to the windows button, I disabled Hyber-V.

[Update Final]
After disabling Hyper-V, I restarted my pc. I started up eNSP and dragged an AR201 unto the topology map. I right clicked on the icon and clicked "start". Figure 4 Shows the result. Thank you Chenhui, your answer below was the fix. I will accept the answer below on the 3rd of August, if nothing goes wrong.
