1. Check license file. The ESN and Version match.
2. Let customer upload the license again to make sure the file is full. Problem is still here
3. Check patch info. We find there is an known issue. There is a bug for PBX license on new version:
After the AR is upgraded from V200R001 to V200R002, the license in V200R001 fails to be activated. Root cause is that PBX license does not support version upgrade.
