Patch upload for an AR2220

the patch version does not match to the current software version.

AR2220-V200R005SPH016.pat is match to V200R005CXXSPCXXX.

you can upgrade your software version to V200R005C20SPC200 and patch AR2220-V200R005SPH016.pat
