Hi Guys! Could you help me about my issue that describe below?
From group: Transport&Access Network
1. I upgraded the iManagerU2000 V200R016C60SPC200 to patch version SPC202 as below diagram:
2. through the "cau" (https://[ServerIP_address]/cau) I updated my "U2000 Client" successfully. but after tried login in the U2000 client, the system requested to u2000 client upgrade again as below:
a. I click in "YES", but I get the information that "the lastest version has been installed on your computer:
3. I tried too: Install the U2000 client locally with the merger the files:
- U2000V200R016C60SPC200_client_win32_x86
- U2000V200R016C60SPC202_clientpatch_win32_x86
But the similar problem occurs later instal u2000 client (item: 2.a).
Could you help me about the issue?
