Problem description:
Patch loading issue while upgrading the OSN 3500 from V1R6 to V1R10SPC208SPH221.
Handling procedure:
After check from DC Tool the patch failed to load on NE.
Check old patch found no patch installed on NE
Check patch files found OK
Check the DC Tool found no OK.
Root cause:
The DC Tool version was V1R6 and unable to load patch files in to the NE.
Solution:
Change the DC Tool version of V2R14, and reinstall the patch files into the NE. After reinstalling patch successfully loaded into the NE.
