Hi,
If you are not able to login the router through both telnet/SSH and console port, please reboot your device and press Ctrl+B within 3s to access the BootLoader menu. Then select 6 to enter into the Password Manager menu, and select 2 to clear the console login password.
You can refer to the BootLoader Menu.
If you have no BootLoader menu password, well, you need contact the TAC to verify whether you are able to reset the login password.
