Parental Control not working properly

Hi.


Router: Huawei HG8245Q2


After configuring the parental control settings and blacklisting specific websites for a device, the whole device cannot access the internet.


For example, I blacklisted facebook.com for a device, but this device can't access everything else after adding it to the template.


Am I doing anything wrong? Or is the parental control configurator faulty?

Click the Security tab, and choose Parental Control Configuration from the navigation tree on the left. In the pane on the right, configure different constraints for the network surfing time and website access on working days and holidays. In this way, their children are allowed to access networks in specified time segments and free from age inappropriate contents,

Contact your ISP to check whether your parental control feature is available and whether the configuration is correct.

i try to configure use internet by specific times,, but not work.....when pulse the apply buttom,, the router     cut all traffic... not at the time that we are specificated.

Dear friend,
If the features you are configuring do not work, it is likely that your device is a custom device provided by your ISP. Contact your ISP to apply for them to remotely configure for you.

so, if al already talked to my ISP and they tall me that there's no such thing as parental control, it's meant that probably in my modem parental control it could not be configurated due a customization?

If your ISP tells you that you can't configure it, the situation is that your model does not support parental control.

Yes, some features are canceled if your device is a custom-made device from an ISP. This facilitates network maintenance.
