Parental control can't fill in url

Hello,


I am trying to block one website on my router so I go to security -> parental control configuration but I can't fill url to template. 

And the checkbox cant to click.


Please what can I do ? And I can see the history of visited websites on my router?

Hi, friend!


Because I don't know the exact version of the device, I can't pinpoint it.


The device has parental controls, but if the ISP disables that feature in a custom version, that feature is not actually available.


Contact your ISP for a solution.

Hello!


1) Many similar cases described on the forum have led to one solution - updating the firmware!


2) If you have valid permissions but cannot change the configuration - contact your ISP!
