This is the latest Palm SSD launched by Huawei. The capacity of a single Palm SSD is the highest in the SSD storage industry. Compared with traditional SSD, Palm SSD is lighter and thinner, doubling the capacity and occupying less space.
Highest density in the industry: The thickness of a single disk is 37% less than that of a traditional SSD. The number of disks in a 2 U space is increased from 24 to 36, making the capacity of a single enclosure up to 2.2 PB.
Industry's best performance: The Huawei-developed SSD control chip is used to carry the core FTL algorithm. The addressing capability is twice that of HGST, easily driving 61 TB ultra-large-capacity data access.
Palm SSDs are compatible with OceanStor Dorado V6 and OceanStor X10 V5.
