Symptom
The page is displayed incompletely when a user shares a PowerPoint 2003 document.

Possible Cause
The document is a wide-screen document (document at an aspect ratio of 16:9, 16:10, or 15:9) and has been opened on the local computer.

Solution
Close the PowerPoint program on your local computer and share the document again
