when the user uses internet service via Wi-Fi. interruption happens, and many packets get dropped.
1- Do ping test to public IP (Google for example) and ping from laptop to ONT at the same time.
we found the ping to ONT also has packet loss.
2- connect laptop to ONT by LAN cable and do ping test.
No Packet loss.
3- Observe the performance for some days using two laptops one connected via LAN cable, the other is connected via WiFi.
we found that laptop connected via WiFi suffers packet loss.
4- By checking ONT version, we found it's V3R13C00.
this version had issue with WiFi performance DTS2015080706827 optimized in later version.
5- by upgrading ONT to R17C10SPC135 and observe.
6- after one week observation, the WiFi performance enhanced.
