P30 PRO REBOOTING PROBLEM

My p30 pro was being charged 2 days ago, it started to restart continuously and from then there's no stopping, sometimes a window came named e-recovery for some time with download and update, reboot, shut down etc options. When I connected to wifi to update it again started to restart, and this is going on, for some time, the mobile starts and stays for few seconds, please anyone help me regarding this problem. It has been more than one week and it's still going on
