The following is the outline of the camera installation implementation.
Pole installation.
Power and data cable should be laid as per site.
No damage, no joint of cable.
Make a label for the power cable and data cable.
Make an RJ45 connector and use tester for testing.
Check the design of how many cameras should be installed on pole.
Power and data cable threading and Labeling.
An arm is fixed firmly and arm direction as per design.
The lightning rod is fixed firmly, no loose.
Pole ground wire connection between the body and the ground is good, no loose
Pole column is fixed firmly with 2 nuts on base plate of pole for each anchor bolt, and 6 round of thread of bolt should keep above nuts.
The vertical of pole.
Power Cabinet should be installed as per designed documents.
Each hole on the bottom of cabinet should threading follow the SOP.
The terminal after Hydraulic clamp should be used for power cable.
Cabling should be tightly in the cabinet.
Equipment installation in the cabinet.
Power and data cable connection in the cabinet.
Grounding cable connection.
Fixable pipe protect the data cable and power cable.
Waterproof (Silicon) should be done for fixable pipe.
Camera Installation.
Camera installation arrangement as per the camera name in design.
The position and direction of camera is as per design.
The camera fixed firmly.
CPE/Antenna, Adapter and …….as per design.
Camera Connection and configuration.
Camera should be connected to the right port according to the design.
The power cable of each camera should connect to right power source.
Configuration IP according to the IP plan.
Record the Serial number match camera location.
To check the camera review through the PC.
Huawei standard labeling should be used to mark data cable.
The key of cabinet should be submitted to Huawei representative after completion of work.
