Please confirm whether the outgoing call duration limit is configured, which causes the dialing duration to exceed the set upper limit and the user is locked.
If yes, the user can be unlocked by the administrator. The specific operations are as follows:
Log in to the web management system.
Choose User > SIP User. Select the user to be unlocked and click Unlock under the Local, DDD, or IDD.
