Hello ,
We have OSN9800 UPS and have AST2 boards .
It has 2 SFP for OTDR but it doesnt work in NCE .how make it work ? and does it need special licence or program ??

Hi there!

Yes, it needs to receive a license.

On NCE, the OTDR function of a device cannot work due to the following reasons:

1. License resources are missing.

2. The board software version does not match.

3. The logical/physical fiber is not connected or incorrectly connected.

4. The operation process of the maintenance personnel is incorrect.

5. The hardware or software or hardware runs abnormally.
