by the way, it's not recommanded to lower the hello interval, though this could help detect the link failure, but it will cost more bandwidth, and this won't help ospf reroute effectively.
for example, when set hello interval to 1s, what if the link turns to down after the router receives the hello packet, this won't help router notice the link faiule immediately.
