Hi experts,

I'm testing the ospf default route in the ensp, but I found that the ABR/ASBR doesn't spread the default route into the stub area.

Below is my configuration, did I miss something?

Topology:  R2------(g0/0/0, area 0)------R1.

R1

#

interface GigabitEthernet0/0/0
 ip address 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0

#
ospf 1
 area 0.0.0.0
  network 1.1.1.1 0.0.0.0
 area 0.0.0.1
  network 192.168.1.0 0.0.0.255
  stub
#

R2

#

interface GigabitEthernet0/0/0
 ip address 192.168.1.2 255.255.255.0

#
ospf 2
 area 0.0.0.1
  network 192.168.1.0 0.0.0.255
  stub

Are there any active interfaces in area 0?
from your output on R1, it seems that there is none active routes in area 0.
If that so, please active an interface in area 0, beacuse the router only spreads the default routes when there is one active routes at least in area 0.
