OSPF cannot load the LSA into routing-table

Hello experts, I encountered a problem in the OSPF network.

the topology is as below 

the LSA can be viewed on R3, but some LSAs cannot be viewed in the routing-table. please check the result below

As the picture shows, 1.1.1.1 cannot be viewed in the ospf routing-table. but on R1, the result is normal, as the picture below shows

the route 3.3.3.3 is loaded in the ospf routing-table.

here are the corresponding configuration
