Hello, everyone!

This post will tell you one issue for OSN3500 V2R11 not accessed from U2000 due to DCN routing table not stable.

Problem description:

In project X we have U2000 V1R3 installed for customer network; there were problem with 1 GW OSN3500 V2R11 that carry management for 1 main city cannot be accessed from U2000 interface.
Error message:
Time out. Server may be busy please wait a moment and try again.  Error code 109065020.

 Handling procedure:

According to this message and error code; the cause analysis like this:
1. Check the connectivity of the GW by ping command to confirm DCN channel connectivity.
2. Check the DCN configuration.
3. The route table and DCC channel stability.
4. Other alarms about the NE or the neighbor NE; communication fail.

Root cause:

The ECC subnet is large and ECC route table is not stable.

Solution:

The handling as following:
Check the connectivity status of that OSN from U2000 DCN management it was normal.
Run the ping command, the NE is reachable.
The management cable from the OSN to U2000 server checked; it was tightened well.
Check the routing table, the ECC routes, its number was large and it changed periodically and not stable.
Check number of Non-GW under this GW OSN, found more than recommended-60, it was 85.
Reconfigure the GWs for this region and make a new GW to balance the load of NEs

That's all, I welcome everyone to leave a message and exchange in the comment area!
