This post will tell you one issue for OSN3500 is listed monitor after implementing SCC switching due to the limited semaphore.
Problem description
SCC is N6GSCC, If Only config 4 PEG8 boards (refer below picture), this NE works normally.
Config 8 PEG8 boards (refer below picture), and when implementing SCC switching from active to standby, both two SCC boards auto-restart many times. NE is losted monitor.
Handling procedure
Found the root cause is a lack of semaphore. This version has a limit of semaphore. Too many boards will make some modules can't get semaphore. SCC board restart but still can't get it. So it restart many times.
Tested how many boards can be supported:
1. If insert PEG8*8, PEX1*1, Interface board*15. There is 13 semaphore left. It will reduce 1or 2 when adding aboard.
2. If insert PEG8*8, PEX1*1. There is 59 semaphore left.

Solution
Temporary solution: Only insert PEG8*4, Interface board*8
RND is planning to support more semaphores in the next version, so this problem will be solved.
