During the patch upgrade, some processes take a long time. You can wait for a while. If the patch does not change for an hour, the system may issue a command timeout.

According to your description, if this occurs in the last process of the upgrade task, the submission is likely to be successful. The possible cause is that a large amount of data is written into the flash memory during the submission. As a result, the CPU usage is too high. As a result, the NMS times out to issue commands, and the NE does not provide feedback. However, the upgrade task is not affected.

You are advised to collect package loading logs and send them to Huawei GTAC-PSE engineers for further evaluation.
