Dears,

Good Day,

I need your kind support in below case:

When I make an upload for the ne over u2000 it show me that SCC board is not installed..
What is the problem??
Noting that the alarm if is 1090593578

Dear user!
The possible cause is that the NMS version does not match the NE version. You are advised to check the NE version and the NMS version.
The device version has been queried using the Web LCT or Navigator. Then, query the earliest supported U2000 version based on the device version.
If the current U2000 version is earlier than the earliest U2000 version supported by the device, upgrade the U2000 version.

Hello friend!

For error code 57609, you may need to upgrade to 1:3 mode. In other words, you need four G3CXPs/G4CXPs working at the same time.
