OSN 9800 Communication abnormal with WebLCT

I am using WebLCT version V200R018C60CP5001 to conduct intial commissioning for OSN9800U32E. is there any other process , like using navigator? please help by sharing procedure.

Yes, you can use the Navigator and U2000 LCT to perform commissioning. In contrast, using the Web LCT is simpler. For details, click the following link:
