OSN 500 reports BD-STATUS  when installing SP3D

The OSN500 site was working normally , we decided to make expansion for the E1 services , as the built in SP3S  got full.

We sent the staff  to the site to install the SP3D  in slot no.3 but after installing the board ,  NE reported BD-STATUS , we double checked the version and the software but every thing was good.

We asked onsite person to change the slot to no. 3 but the same problem persisted .

we found out that only one electrical DC power was connected to the power connector and the single DC power cable connected to the OSN500 was loose and not fully connected to the power connector , after reconnecting and tightening the cable every thing went well.

Conclusion :-  when the  power cable is not fully connected to the connector that reduces the size of the cable and then reduces the power connected to the NE .
