OSC not reporting alarm while OCH report R_LOS

Hello
why is it that in a link the osc is not reporting alarm but the och report R_LOS alarm?

2) please what are the process of clearing the alarm on OCH.
Will appreciate screenshot example

Hello.
1-in TX site make sure that the signal (fiber) between the line board and the mux is ok , in RX site make sure signal(fiber) between the line board and the demux is ok .
2-make sure that the frequency is for the line board is correct as planned and in the right port in TX and RX.
3-make sure that the variable attenuator in the MUX board is correct .
4- if you have OPM board you can trace the signal point by point along the path . For example check in the FIU in the TX site that the signal out from the site correctly. Then in the sites along the path make sure that the signal passthrough the site .then in the RX site check in the receive amplifier board mon port that the signal received correctly .

Dear friend!
If no alarm is generated on the OSC, the OCh reports an R_LOS alarm. This indicates that the optical cable is probably not broken. The connection between the FIU board and the line board is abnormal.
