is there any way OptiX RTN 950A can connect through SSH, telnet (cli) , webgui besides Weblct or NMS ?

yes, WebLCT19 - takes up 4Gb on your hard drive, startup a very long time to start, and requires a lot of passwords for itself.

built-in Web - available on new firmware, I don't know if it is available for your model. but it is also very slow, and affects performance.

ssh - works, it's great. I don't have 950, but 380 - just enable ssh/telnet it in settings.

but, on SSH / MML - there is no documentation. ((

but there is nothing wrong with that.
just remember this, and next time ask the sales manager for an additional 20% discount.

don't settle for a free control system, it is better to spend this electricity on mining.
