What is the basic difference between optix rtn 950 and 950a on depending on hardware and software?

Please find below the basic differenceS between OptiX RTN 950 and 950a, depending on the hardware and software.

OptiX RTN 950A

  • 2 U high IDU. same

  • Boards pluggable. same

  • Integrated service ports on system control, switching and timing boards. Different

  • A maximum of six IF boards. same

OptiX RTN 950

  • 2 U high IDU. same

  • Boards pluggable. same

  • 1+1 protection for system control, switching and timing boards. Different

  • A maximum of six IF boards same
