OptiX OSN 8800 offline after upgrade

Hello,


NCE V100R019C00CP6025

During OSN8800 upgrade V1R9 > V1R13 NE is offline after software activation,

After software was dispensed and activation started the NE is offline, this is GNE and IP is not pingable.



Any ideea? The NCE version seems to support NE version.

Dear friend!
You are advised to check whether the NCE version supports the OptiX OSN 8800 V100R013. If the NCE version supports the OptiX OSN 8800 V100R013, log in to the NE through the Web LCT to check whether the upgrade is successful. If not, upgrade it again. If yes, delete the NE and add the NE again.

Supplement: 

1. After the device is upgraded, the SCC board is automatically reset. It is recommended that you wait 15 to 20 minutes.

2. If you need to delete an NE and then create an NE again, it is risky. You are advised to back up data and perform this operation with caution.
