Hei guys,

I have the following alarms on GS4 board:

I did the fiber loop towards to the Port, but the alarms below wouldn’t be clear, even we hard-restart and unplug and insert again.

BoardType=TN54GS4

BarCode=022PPP10F6000012

Item=03022PPP

Description=Manufactured   Board,OptiX OSN 8800,TN54GS4,1*100G General Service Processing Board

Any suggestions for next step?

Thank you :)

According to your picture, the station reports the LOL alarm at the same time.

1. Ensure that the input optical power of the board is within the permitted range, and the type of actually received services is consistent with the configured service type (OTU4).

2. Check whether the service type supported by the optical module on the board matches with the type of actually received services. If a service type mismatch occurs, replace the optical module with an appropriated one.

Dear friend! Please check whether the optical module of the equipment is firmly installed. Matches the properties of the peer interface.
Thank you!

Hello, The optical module should be fine, because this circuit was initially functional. We don't have engineer on site anymore.
The LED status is as below:
STAT Green
ACT Green
PROG Green
SRV Red

Have you configured protection for services, such as ASON or SNCP?
