I have problem with Network Element is always unstable/disconnect to the Network management system.

Hi user! on live network of customer T in region H

Root Cause:
The port module of the TC2 board is abnormal. As a result, the ECC communication is interrupted.
Solution:
Replace the board or use another port for communication.

Dear friend!
If all NEs cannot be managed by the NMS, check whether the network connection between the GNE and the NMS server is normal.
If some NEs cannot be managed by the NMS, check whether the fiber links are normal, whether NE IDs conflict, and whether ECC settings are correct.
