[OptiX OSN 1800] NE Data Backup failed Highlighted

Hello, everyone!

I would like to share with all of you an issue about NE Data Backup failure on OSN 1800, displaying the following message:

"Backup: Unable to create list file"

The solution to this issue is to empty the Memory File System (MFS) on the SCC board housed in Slot 8 running the following commands through NAVIGATOR to delete the trash files:

:sftm-get-freespace:8,"mfs"

:sftm-show-dir:8,"mfs/log"

:sftm-delete-file:8,"mfs/log/f65_ofs1.log"

:sftm-delete-file:8,"mfs/log/f65_ofs2.log"

After this process, the backup runs succcesfully:
