Dear friend!
The possible causes of a backup failure are as follows:
1. The connection between the U2000 and the NE is abnormal. Check the connection between the U2000 server and the GNE. The connection between the GNE and the OSN 1800 is normal.


2. The f65_ofs1.log and f65_ofs2.log files in the mfs/log directory on the TNF1SCC, TNF1UXC, and TNF1UXCL boards of certain software versions are oversized. As a result, the database fails to be backed up to the client. Upgrade the version to V100R006C20. (The hot patch V100R005C20SPH360 can also solve this problem.)
