.Run the display transceiver slot slot-id verbose command in the system view to check whether the receive power Rx Power of the optical module is within the allowed range. If so, collect alarms, logs, and configurations, and contact technical support personnel.
.If no alarm on low receive power is generated and the peer interface is Up, go to step 5.
.If the peer interface is Down and an alarm on that is generated, rectify the peer interface.
.Check whether the optical fiber is faulty. If so, replace the optical fiber.
.Perform an external loopback test on the interface. If the interface is in Up state, perform loopback tests on the nodes along the transmission path to locate the failure point or link.
.Replace the local optical module.
.If the fault persists after the optical module is replaced, collect alarms, logs, and configurations, and contact technical support personnel.
