Dears,

currently I can't see the OSNR by  Amplifier 

Board : ADPXF

NE: OSN9800M12

Versions: NCE V100R019C00SPC602

Optical doctor

If the OSNR cannot be tested on NCE, check the following three aspects:

1. Check whether the OD system and corresponding license are installed on NCE.

2. Whether the OD function is restricted by hardware

3. Check whether the OD system is correctly configured.

According to the screenshot, the OSNR value of the device has been queried. However, he is referring to the OSNR of a path. To query the OSNR of amplified optical signals, you need to query the OSNR on the OPM8 board.

First, check whether the MON port is connected to the optical fiber of the wavelength scanning board.

 Second, check whether the port of the wavelength scanning board is Enabled

Third, check whether the parameters are correctly set.
