this log indicates the OPS Restful API operation succeeded.
OPS is short for Open Programmability System, it allows the administrators to run some customized policies so that to manage the devices more flexible.
For example, you can upload python script to the router, which could replace the administrator to excute the preset commands in the script.
By the way, if you want to know the detailed actions those has been done, you can try find out the user who defines the OPS operation. You can get the corresponding information from the detailed log.
