I have a problem.

An error message is displayed during live video viewing, indicating that the operation fails. Error code: 999115450


Product type：VCN3020

The version is C50SPC232

Error name:
The message type is not supported.

Error description:
When receiving an unsupported message type, the IVS platform displays this error code.

Possible causes:
The message type that is not supported by the IVS is used.

Troubleshooting procedure:
View the interface document to check whether the server supports the message type.

Yes. Contact Huawei technical support.
No. The fault is rectified. No further action is required.


In addition, this problem may be a known issue in a historical version.
The disk is offline, but the system does not drop the disk. As a result, the MU service thread stops responding. You can upgrade the C50SPC252 to solve the problem.
